For parents and players

What time do
we need to be there?

One answer, in one place, that updates itself when the tournament moves your match. Your club sets it up — you just join and look.

Nothing to install. Add it to your home screen and it behaves like an app.

On the day

The things you're actually trying to find out.

When to arrive — for every match

Not one call time typed on Friday. A three-match Sunday gives you three arrival times, and they move when the schedule does.

Ref duty you won't miss

Your team's work shifts listed with their own arrival times, separately from your matches, so a duty between matches is its own entry.

Where you stand in the pool

Live standings and what the next match depends on, before it's announced over the hall speakers.

Carpools

Offer a ride or take a seat, against the specific event, so the offer and the answer live with the day they belong to.

Helper sign-ups

Take the job you can cover. A coach can mark one "grown-ups only", and a player's own login then can't take it.

Can't make it

Mark your player out so the coach knows before they build the lineup, not at the warm-up.

You don't have to keep checking

It comes to you.

You already have an inbox, a phone and a calendar. Use whichever you like — or all three.

  • An email the night before with tomorrow's whole plan.
  • A nudge about half an hour before each match.
  • A notice the moment the tournament moves your match or changes ref duty.
  • Subscribe once and the season sits in your own calendar, staying current.
  • Reply to a club email from your mail app and it reaches them.

Call time updated
Your coach moved it to 7:25am. Everyone on the team has the new time — nothing to re-send.

New to the sport

A first season is a lot of new words.

Volleyball 101

A plain-English glossary with court diagrams, including a section just for what happens on a tournament day.

Your player's own progress

A skill library with a private log. Coaches never see it — it belongs to the athlete, and to a goal you set together.

It works on venue wifi

In a hall with no signal, what you already loaded stays readable — and says clearly that it's a saved copy.

Joining

How you get in.

I haven't been invited yet

Your club director or coach sends the invite — by email, or as a link they can text you if email is being unhelpful. Ask them for your join link; there's nothing you can set up from this side on your own.

Do I need to download anything?

No. Open it in your browser and, if you like, add it to your home screen — then it opens like any other app and can send you phone alerts.

Both parents need it, and so does our daughter

Everyone gets their own login. Players have their own view with their day and their training; parents see the family things like carpools, helper sign-ups and emergency details.

Can other parents see our details?

No. What each person can see is enforced by the system itself rather than by which screen they happen to open.

Can I turn the emails off?

Yes — notification settings are yours, per channel. You can keep the night- before email and switch off phone alerts, or the other way round.

Already have an invite?

Sign in and your team's weekend is waiting.
